Payment Methods

The products available on the website www.jannamico.com can be purchased by choosing from the following payment methods at the checkout:

  • Bank Transfer

Once the payment is made, please send an email to info@jannamico.com with the CRO receipt as confirmation, and we will proceed to ship the goods.

DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

The Supplier can only accept orders with delivery within Italy. Delivery to the locations of San Marino, Vatican City, Livigno, and Campione d’Italia is excluded. For each order placed, Jannamico Michele e Figli S.p.A. will issue an invoice for the shipped material, sending it electronically to the email address provided during registration. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall prevail. The delivery costs, if not otherwise indicated, are borne by the Customer and are explicitly shown on the screen at the time of placing the order. The payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using the chosen method at the time of placing the order. No additional payment is due from the Customer beyond the total amount of the order. After checking out from the website following the order submission, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the order number and summary. The requested products will be delivered via Courier as soon as possible, usually within 5 working days from the acceptance of the order. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including closure materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or discrepancies in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by writing ‘CONTROL RESERVE’ on the Courier’s delivery proof. Once the Courier’s document is signed, the Customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any issues regarding the physical integrity, conformity, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, via email to the address info@jannamico.com.
